Can SE please do something about all the botting in FL please

I casually like to play pvp as a way to grind light. I solo q and lately 2-3 people on my team are always bots and its getting to be ridiculous.
If you look at the frontline standings and sort by matches played for aether its illuminating:
The top 3 bot non stop.
6 bot, plays every once in a while though
9-10 bot they even changed jobs grinding light for there new relics
both 10s bot

These are 100% sure botting. I left out the ones I'm not 100 percent sure of. Not bad players or maybe bots, they are 100% sure id bet my account on it botting. Like how many times do you need to get reported or kicked for cheating does it take?

Also 283 games doesn't raise any flags? I like pvp but its not that great.
So I did research and the maker of the bot is intending to infest feast soon. Please get a handle on this now before that happens.

I'm not asking to perm ban them or anything but could you please scare them a bit? So you dont have them posting this crap:

"Got 3 of my bot's relics from the ilvl 200 step to 275, never received any sort of warning. One of my healers got 300 comms too from this since the delay was added."

Finally shout outs to #20 of aether matches played monthly. This poc is an OG bot and these newbies are blowing his scene.

It is worst when playing as healer. Bots just run into enemies and died, as healer I burning my mp and attention to them until I realize they are bots.
SE really need to put a penalty for botting by remove rewards if damage deal, healing, CCs [base on role] is too low.

SE knows and aware, they just don't see it as an issue and players don't care. Saw 2 frontline botters running model-in-model and charging in enemy crowds on a mount, after 6 deaths tried to vote dismiss, nope, party denied. Protected and encouraged to continue by community itself. They'd rather prefer 3rd place than someone more useful in their party.
So if it's ignored it's going to be rampant.
What's more ridiculous is botters are extremelly rarely suspended despite being reported many times, but talking about it can make you banned easily.

I asked a question about building in bot/hack detection into Stormblood in the Live Letter thread. It got a lot of votes. It wasn't asked, but essential stuff like "will we have tomestones" was. ¬_¬

This sort of thing makes me question why I grind so hard, when automated systems are doing such a better job at farming ceaselessly and the cheaters are going unpunished.

I want really hardcore detection of botting and cheating, and really hardcore moderating / ban waves, more than anything. I would trade away the whole stormblood expansion to have cheaters weeded out, resources invested into that.

I think having moderators watching the game should be a necessary part of a premium subscription service game. I feel the response time to remove RMT spam bots in cities should be faster.
