As I've stated before. I've done that many times. If I got into an instance/exit one, then I keep getting the noticed about 'Your support blah blah blah'.
Did you see that other people are having the same issue?
Bringing this back up once more because the issue STILL persists. And yes people, I've tried everything that you have suggested I try, even though I've already DONE that stuff and people love to say I'm doing it wrong, and it DOES NOT HELP. The support desk needs to be reworked from the clunky piece of system it is right now.

No matter how many times I open the reply and close it it continues to alert me that I have a reply waiting even though I've read it. It eventually goes away, but it can take days or weeks to stop no matter how many times I "read" the reply.
I'm curious on why some people have this issue and some don't. I personally cannot even properly use the support desk as it errors for me and refuses to load 80% of the time. Like if I go in to do a report the text box remains greyed out and I cannot actually input anything.
Just for curiosity are you on Windows 8/8.1? I always wondered if it was a problem with Windows 8 since my boyfriend's computer is Windows 7 and we both have no issues with the support desk on his computer, but my gaming laptop is Windows 8/8.1 and I've always had these issues with the support desk.

Have this issue pop up as well from time to time. No matter how often you 'close' the issue, the thing just keeps coming back. Been this way since way back in the 2.x era, wondering why it still hasn't been fixed.
