


I'm on Windows 7 actually, won't be upgrading to 8/10 anytime soonJust for curiosity are you on Windows 8/8.1? I always wondered if it was a problem with Windows 8 since my boyfriend's computer is Windows 7 and we both have no issues with the support desk on his computer, but my gaming laptop is Windows 8/8.1 and I've always had these issues with the support desk.
