Question about squadrons

Just wanted to know, does it reset the squadron of our current GC to change GC or if I go back to my current GC I'll still have my current members?

You'll keep them. They are all there if you are going back to your old GC. But you do not have access to your squadron in your new GC unless you are leveling your new GC to the needed Rank.
