You can get relics without any grinding if you just keep up with dailies. I am an alt that does dailies only and I am apporching getting 2 done by SB is released. (keep in mind I started this chr on nov, 2016)
I am currently on the 270 for smn, have like 50 umbrite/sands for sch. All I need do really is 2 weeks of dailies (the daily expert and 18 leveling quest) I am sure ill have sch 2-3 weeks from now.
The 2.0 relics where a true grind, those sucked, for these however, you got options to do them though dailies/ weeklies that do not take much rl time but may take a month or so to finish it.

I have 3 i275 relics, 2 260 relics, a 230, one thats almost 240, and ther est are all at 170, with one halfway through the dungeons.
Its really not that bad. There's no RNG involved with it. If you do them when they are relevant they stick with you for the whole expansion. I've never regretted starting them. Reason they stopped making them "hard" was cuz for the 2.0 version, everyone bitched over how hard titan was, because people couldnt do mechanics.
I never once got knocked off by a landslide, because i didnt try to finish what i was doing before gtfo'ing.
Its true, if you had done this back during the beginning of the expansion it would be relevant... but because of the way the game has changed its not anymore.I have 3 i275 relics, 2 260 relics, a 230, one thats almost 240, and ther est are all at 170, with one halfway through the dungeons.

And the real problem is the effort spent vs the effort spend to get other general i270 gear.
I was able to fully equip my character in i270 gear... while the Anima weapon was still sitting at i230.
There's a disparity between the effort to get similar gear... and to get an Anima weapon to a similar level.
Not to mention the Expansion is about to make all that effort irrelevant and for nothing anyway.
Well..just wait till the expansion is release and the thing is nerfed to the ground. By level 64-65 it be worthless anyways.
Is it reset Tuesday yet.
I question whether I'm playing a PvE game with PvP mixed in, or I am I playing a PfG.
I finished 6 or 7 275 relics just by doing nothing but daylie roulettes, no special effort or grind involved. Its so easy to finish nowadays
Well there's your problem. You're burnt out. Of course its not going to be fun for you. You used to but now you don't.I'm sorry but I need to vent. I've spent hours grinding for that special weapon of weapons and have endured grind after grind. However upon reaching the 'reborn' phase I honestly can't take it anymore.
Mindlessly grinding though content isn't clever or intuitive. its insufferable. It was fun when it had a story and a goal behind it. that and the weapon was below par. but now I literally have the custom stats. there's no motivation.
I want to explore other classes but I have this nagging guilt in the back of my head for not completing this endless story line for a weapon that'a already better than most weapons i could get right now.
Is anyone else burnt out on this or is it just me?
Take a break from it. That's all you can do.
Healing DRK is literally... the same since ShB. The reason why people think it's a meme to heal nowadays because DRK receives very little to no buff to their sustainability vs 3 other tanks getting something useful. If you're capable of healing DRK back in ShB (or any tanks), then you'll heal EW DRK just fine.
I think grinding is where some people are going about it all wrong. These weapons are ment to be done over time, not grind out and completed within a week of being updated.
