Because they have one hell of a metabolism, don't you know? Every single video-game protagonist must meet this requirement. It's why they're the main character.

Why do enemies respawn in dungeons and raids? Once you clear it they should be gone.

If you're gonna ask this question, you're gonna have to answer this question first: Why are you back in that dungeon, when the original reason/problem that drew you there in the first place has been solved?

That's right, you're repeating the same events as before, and that to me, is breaking my immersion! Monster.

Now, I love FF14 but sometimes I feel like I'm not actually the character in another world... but that I'm actually playing a game. Given this is a role-playing game more can and should be done to improve the situation.

5- Since immersion is broken everywhere for you, why continue playing this game? Why not return to the "realism" of your AAA games and we--the many who have much lower threshold for immersion-will continue playing it.

well, ffxiv doesnt really make sense in most things...its an unpredictable pattern.
