Detailed overview
After certain amount of time has passes in a duty and echo has been enabled to max potential dutys should allow players to vote in the same manor as vote abandon to unsync the party. After the party agrees to unsync the same rules apply to the party as it would if the party was originally entered as "Undersized party".

I get what you're saying but I see this as another way to keep ppl from learning their jobs. If a party can't clear synced content then there are ppl who are simply not contributing. If advice is offered and ignored I would rather replace those ppl rather than unsync and give them a free carry

Don't forget that you will get no rewards for unsynced dungeons outside of the treasures. No exp, no Gil, no monsterdrops, no tomestones and probably no roulette reward...

If you have queued for T5, T9, A8 or other ones that are strongly mechanical but also have a limit to how low dps can be before it becomes impossible a few people in the party likely have the ability to do the whole thing with out the others if they were unsynced but with ilvl synced they are why of the dps. Often people just dont have time to explain the fight to the others and will just leave. If some one leave right of the bat some times you cann't find a replacement. Unsyncing the party might allow the left overs to win.

A8 is unsync atm like all raids, most HW trials and all HW dungeons from 3.3 and above. "Undersized party" wouldn't help in this duties...

Also how will you handle the rewards? There has to be some additional penality for this option to be a last resort move.

What penaltys are there for going in as undersized party already? If people can make a premade group unsynced... than a random group being allowed to fail for 15 mins and switch to unsynced taking the same penatlys as a group who was premade seems fair. Why punish people more because they can not find people to play with?

As for A8 we are having an expansion are we not? new people have problems with the machanics of A8, in the future i imagine this will be the same when there is a ilvl cap on it.
