I started my account during the last free time period and since then I have subscribed and purchased the main game and Heavensward. I have plenty of levels and have completed the quests to unlock both Ninja and Bard but the guild masters will not offer me the quests. I did find where if you were in the 14 day trail period you would have to purchase the game to unlock that ability which I have. The purchasing system (not Steam) has let me purchase and register Heavensward but the Realm Reborn code will not work as my account settings show already purchased. I have put in a ticket and was given the form letter of go to the forums. I believe this could be fixed if Mog Station would let me use my registration code but when I put in the code I have received it says invalid.

Looking up your character on the Lodestone, you have Rogue to 30+ and Pugilist at 15+, so those are the basic requirements.

You must also have completed the main scenario quest, "Sylph Management" (these quests have the stylized Meteor icon, see image below). From there, speak with Jacke at Limsa Lominsa Lower Decks (x8,y17), who should direct you to your job trainer NPC.



For Bard, speak with Luciane at New Gridania (x15,y11), but you'll still need to have finished Sylph Management first.

Unfortunately, we here on the forums can't help with account issues. But if your account shows ARR as registered like so (login to mog station to see):



Then you should be able to play the full game up to level 50. To level 60 if you also have HW registered there.

If it's not registered or you have some other account issue... your only choice is Square Enix's support. It can be pretty lackluster, as you've already experienced. Good luck.

Just to be clear, you would also need to complete the class quests for both the classes in order to unlock the job you desire. if its not letting you unlock it then its most likely that you didn't finish the class quest for the ones you need to level up to lvl15.

Class quests for the supporting class don't matter. The game only cares about Sylph Management and main class quests from 1 through 30. For ARC and ROG, the final class quests are The One that Got Away and Cloying Victory, respectively. Note that in the case of ROG, there are two Lv30 class quests; Cloying Victory is the second.

Actually you do. Ive ran into that problem before when unlocking my BLM. once i did the class quests for both, finishing the lvl15 quest for Archer, i was able to unlock the job for BLM. ive tried it with other classes too. I leveled up gladiator and and didnt do the class quest for conjurer and i wasnt able to unlock the job until i had to finish the class quests for it. you can try it out to double check. Im going by my experience with the game when i ran into that problem and that is the fix for it, or better terms, its working as intended.

You are misremembering or misassociating events. Support class quests do not matter.

So after many tickets and emails. I finished Cloying Victory and the next quest he offered is Peasants by Day Ninjas by Night. Yes you do have to do complete the support class quests.

ROG is main class for NIN and ARC is main class for BRD. Main class is always the class from whom the job directly evolves. The second class reqired for unlocking the job is the support class.
You hasn't completed your main classes class quests.
