DoH and local leves

Dear SE, devs, and reps,

Local leves are currently the best (and most viable) way to level up crafters 35+. What really concerns me is the fact that I can't do level 40 local leves at 41. This is mostly geared to the "dated" recipes which are hindering me from getting the actual newer leves that I can complete. Also what confuses me is the rate at which the leves appear after you complete them. Sometimes it takes 20 minutes after I finish a level 40 leve to get a new one, and most of the time it is the dated gear recipes. Are we going to get some new/more leves for higher crafting?

Trust me, I've tried. It's so random sometimes, there's no point.

I just want the dated gear recipes to be gone because the other level 40 leves are no problem. Not that I don't like the "challenge" of the dated gear recipes, it just gets old after you done it about 100 times and all fails.

Get appropriate training till next Wednesday. Supposedly 1.20 will see many new recipes and as such leves should get new recipe changes as well. Plus training requirement will be gone since skill will be gained by level not through quests/marks (and you get the guildmarks reimbursed).

Bump. I still can't complete it at level 43. I'm not stupid when it comes to synthing, but geeze this is getting REALLY annoying. The only way to level up somewhat fast and I can't even finish the damn leve
