[LFM][SC] Team Shadow - Stormblood Static Building

Goal: We are looking for fun, friendly players to join a core group of friends who are looking to clear 4.0 Savage Omega and Extreme Primals.

Specifications: We tentatively have five members; 4 core and a most-likely fifth. The core group consists of Arrow Valeron, Treach O-o, Ikuni Kuni, and Emi Ruru. The fifth is a friend of Ikuni and Emi--Murky--who cares for a family member IRL; if his schedule becomes a problem, he will allow us to find a replacement for him.

Main Tank - Lateralus Vyr;
Off Tank - Murky (War);
Healer 1 - Emi (Ast/Whm);
Healer 2 - Vacant;
Melee DPS 1 - Ikuni (Nin/Sam);
Melee DPS 2 - Treach (Mnk/Sam);
Ranged Caster DPS - Arrow;
Ranged Physical DPS - Vacant;

Schedule: The raid schedule will be 2-3 days each week, Monday through Thursday, between 8PM and midnight, EST. A core member works shift work that changes weekly; we will have raid schedules available 2-3 weeks in advance for each week as she submits her work schedule to raid leadership.

Requirements:
1. Voice chat. We will be using discord; my Free Company has a dedicated channel available for our Team Shadow raid team. This is mandatory.

2. Punctuality. Please show up on time.

3. Be a team player. We are not looking to world first. We want to have fun and clear content. Every group has bad/discouraging nights; know how to be a team player and provide constructive feedback without belittling others.

4. Be willing to watch videos/research outside raid time. We will have ideally 6-9 hours to raid each week; we must capitalize on this time and be willing to research strategies outside this scheduled raid time.

5. Parsing/Performance. Fights take time to learn and min/max. No one will be chastised for their performance as long as your performance is not a roadblock to completion. We want to keep our raid environment warm, fun, and friendly--however, we also do not want to waste our time. If you are performing poorly, own it and show us you can/will improve--ask questions, research your class/rotation and/or the fight more.

6. Loot. Loot will be tracked and awarded based on raid class and your selection of a secondary and tertiary class. Upgrade items will be distributed evenly as obtained.
