Those are different promotions, you asked them for the DLC promo code since you didn't get it so they sent you it, now if you have not received your pre-order code for early access then you will have to contact them again in inquiry about your EA code.I contacted them yesterday afternoon since it had been over 48 hours and I just got the code sent a few minutes ago now![]()
But I only got 1 code or was that all because I thought I read that you were also supposed to get a code for the early access for pre ordering Stormblood as well which I did to get this promotion in the first place??
Thanks, I contacted Amazon for the EA code and they sent it a bit ago. I also redeemed it through Mogstation but the in game items (RM minion AM earings) did not show up at the mail moogles. Or will these items appear when Stormblood goes online? I also have another issue, after redeeming the Amazon DLC code, it didn't work and after contacting SE, the rep told me it was a common problem with the Amazon DLC codes being faulty, so I had to contact Amazon and ask for another code to be sent. So I now wait until the new code is sent and hope it redeems properly this time, lol.
All the pre-order goodies will come through at launch. What didn't work with the DLC code? Make sure you redeem it at the correct website, www.ffxivredeem.com That will in turn send you the codes for the mogstation. You can input the codes multiple times, even using a different email address. Check spam folders, in case of gmail check the promotions tab or any other folders you may have mail sorting to. The title of the email is "Your FFXIV Amazon DLC Codes". Not sure if you misunderstood me, the code redeemed on that site but it didn't send me the Mogstation codes after waiting for nearly 48 hours when it said within 24 hours. So after contacting SE, the rep told me that was a common problem that many have called about lately. The SE Rep told me to contact Amazon again and get them to send me a new generated code. So after half a day, Amazon sent me all three Mogstation codes now and I'm finally getting somewhere. However, the new problem is that I was able to redeem the Eastern outfit code through the Mogstation but when I try to redeem the codes for both the cloud mount and LNC staff, I get this error..... I went to the mail Moogle in game and was only able to get the Eastern Outfit but did not see the other items..... This is beginning to be frustrating after being so patient so far.....

Yeah some people had issues with it not sending the email or not receiving it and actually had to re-enter it multiple times before their codes got sent out, or had to try alternative email addresses, but they got you a working code at least it seems.
Don't know if you got this sorted already or not, but you might try going through and deleting all your old read/opened moogle mail and then there should be an option at the top of the mail interface to retry mail delivery. If that doesn't get you your items then I would contact SE support.
I got it resolved, it turns out Amazon sent me duplicate codes of the Eastern Attire for all three codes. I called SE and they told me to contact Amazon for new codes again but Amazon sent me the same duplicate codes I already had, so I had to call back SE. So after contacting SE, they gave me a new code to redeem for the entire set of codes and it worked this time. Then a few hours after redeeming my codes given by SE, Amazon sends me a new code and it turns out it's for a full set as well. So now, I have three extra Eastern Attire codes from the first Amazon mistake along with an extra Eastern Battle Staff and Cloud mount code and SE told me I could keep them and they are valid, so I may give them out.![]()
