Anima Relic - Can't Progress

I've completed 2 relics and nearly done with a third. I started the Paladin relic along side the 2nd relic. I came back to do the quest after it was finished. I had obtained the 210. I made the mistake of discarding the 210 paladin weapon/shield in confusion with the names of it and the Lore weapons. Not important. However, since discarding no matter how many times I restart the quest... every time I get to the phase where I need to pickup the next quest it says I have already obtained these weapons and it won't let me go any further. I have tried 3 different times to retry this quest line. It's frustrating because Paladin was one of my main classes. Please help me recover my weapons and/or reset my quest line. I don't care. I'll redo it all over again if I have to!

Is it possible that you only discarded the weapon or the shield? If so, you're gonna have to discard the other one as well, since they're both unique.

Doesn't one of the NPC's sell the relic weapons after they are obtained once?! I think it was calamity salvager or whatever NPC sells the seasonal stuff as well. It may be the one that sells the starting stuff instead, though. In New Gridania it's either the one by the spring with the moogle delivery man or the seller in front of the place where you move between locations above the main aetheryte.

Though it may be reselling only the first form, I don't know.
