    Perception required to get 15% HQ chance on 3.4 3* nodes?

    Just wondering whether I can hit it and am considering remelding since my gathering is slightly above the 95% cap.

    You can get 15% on 3.4 nodes.

    Gathering
    Gathering 948
    Perception 935
    And give me 92% and 15% I think
    this my stats without food.

    I use nq for give me +27 to gath and perc and still max out at 94%

    You sure? 966 perception is still 14%. As for gathering I believe the 95% cap is at 980 gathering.
