Software Token App is crashing lately.

As the thread title says, I'm recently having issues with the one-time password app. For something that has worked flawlessly for me in the past, this is confusing. I'm using the Android version, and just twice this month (most recently today) the app crashed, then on rebooting my phone the app goes to the ToS page followed by registration, forcing me to uninstall, use the emergency removal password, reinstall, and re-register the app.

The only thing I can think of that's different is I was forced to get a new (arguably worse) phone in late March (my first texts date back to March 27th), but the first crash happened on April 20th, IIRC. I can't recall anything changing before that; in fact the token was the only app I had downloaded since I got the phone for the longest time.

I'm confused and frustrated by this. Is anyone else having issues or just me?
