    Steps:
    I bought 3 tickets for the weekly Jumbo Cactpot at the Gold Saucer. On Saturday night when I went to check to see if I had the winning numbers, I received the following response from the Cactpot Cashier: "Where is your Jumbo Cactpot ticket, Sir? If you have yet to purchase one, please see the broker-she can help you with everything." When I go to the Gold Saucer tab, General, it says tickets purchased: 3/3. It does not show the numbers I picked. This has happened to me 3 or 4 times.

    It's not a glitch, it's just bad wording. Instead of saying tickets purchased 3/3 it should say tickets purchaseable. It means you didn't buy any. If you had, where it says that part it'd say what your 3 numbers were.

    No. I have bought the tickets and it would show me the numbers I had purchased all week. Then when I go to check the winning numbers, it says I didn't purchase any.

    Two different things. Anyways, let me ask you when you purchased that ticket? Maybe you purchased it last Friday, thinking you have to wait a whole week before you can redeem it, and it's true that you can redeem it throughout the whole week but it expires the Saturday an hour before the actual new draw. All I am asking is, did you maybe mix up the times?

    That's the only issue I could think off, but if that isn't the case, you might be better off with an actual in game bug report than using the forums, unless you've been re directed to this forum by a GM.

    If the tickets expire (are not collected during the week), then the NPC says so. He claims to have bought them and still is being told that he does not have a ticket, so it's not related to the time, at the very least.

    The tickets are more likely expired. OP didn't told when (exact date and time) tickets were purchased, the bug may be closed as insufficient informations.

    Then, the bug report has been made April, 30 for something happened (supposed) April, 8. Any problem with timed things have to be reported asap, imo.

    I'd suggest the OP to take screenshot when s/he purchases items, and a screeenshot when s/he redeem them, to be sure of date and times. And if the issue appears again, report it straight away and don't wait three full weeks before make the report.
