    Cannot pay

    I changed credit cards last week and it failed to renew my subscription today which is fair enough. Went to reactivate with new card details and it will not do it. It just constantly comes up with a 601 error. Checked with the bank and they have taken the £1 check charge to make sure it works. No matter what payment method I try it will not accept payment. And of course the support centre is shut until Tuesday.

    Try another browser like chrome after 24hrs since last rejected process.. might help but i remember it worked before when i had same issue.
