This GM does quality work. I've had many times where a GM would dodge a situation by using policy rhetoric improperly. This GM sees the context, knows that not everything is in black or white and while might or might not succeed in correcting an issue, you can be rest assured that the effort will be there. Heck, I wasn't even mad at the original situation anymore and went on my merry way.
