Stormblood digital unavailable on Amazon

I was wanting to buy a digital copy of Stormblood from Amazon to take advantage of the special promotion. All other formats seem to be available, even the Mac digital version. Since I don't want a physical copy, am I screwed out of the promo or will more digital versions become available before the promo is over? Has anyone come across this problem before?

The digital pre-order most likely will be made available before the promo is over. I came across this problem, but the pre-order was eventually made available. They sent me the codes a few days later.

You could buy PSN cards on Amazon and use them to preorder digital, as long as you have a US PSN account.

If you were trying to do it to get in on both the promo and the prime savings, the digital copy was never included in the prime savings (which took the price down to about $32). You'll have to order the physical copy to get both the savings and the ffxiv promo goodies. If you end up finding something else to order on amazon for the promo codes and still want to pre-order SB digital, greenmangaming.com has a 17% discount (just make an account first for the VIP price) on both standard and CE copies.
