Do new characters get the Amazon DLC?

Do new characters made after you applied the codes to your account also get the Amazon DLC outfits/mount?

Unless you use the cheaper sub where you can only have 1 character (or how mabny it is) you must have alot of Alts.
Can't you just change Data Centre and make a new char on a new server to see if new chars get it?

Or is there a limit on how many characters you can have in total across servers/data centres? =/

Should be account bounded like the promotion items fom last year. Needed you to choose a specific character after using the code?

The DLC is account bound so all new character created should get them too. I made an alt after the Butler/Maid event and they got them. So it will be the same with this event too. You do sometimes have to log in and out because the game will hand out the other items before these promotional items, like the collectors edition DLC and such.
