I did the 19.99 wallet purchase online for a digital code to put money in my ps account but didn't get my code (for mogstation I think?) for the items (Staff, clothes, mount). Is there a process beyond purchassing a certified item I needed to do to get my code? I would have thought the promotional thing would have come in my email when the code for $20 did.

The code can take up to 48 hrs to be e-mailed to you.

Holy crap. I could have had it physically delivered before then! I can get same day delivery on my ps4 accessories but I can't get a digital code sent in one email for 2 days!? lol Thanks buddy. I somehow missed that when I reading the details. (found where they said that shortly before this reply.)

Contact Amazon support... They're a lot more reliable than Square's, fortunately. Let them know it's been over 48 hours from the purchase and you still haven't received your promo code (I had to do this too), and they should get it to you within the next few hours.

That's what did it. I don't get why they tell you to wait 48 hours when the help guy will give you the code 10 seconds after you clarify what you're looking for. Seems like a needless hoop in an already long series of hoops.

amazon is basically waiting for se to send the codes. i actually ordered 2 (one for me and one for the wife) i got mine less then 24 hrs later by contacting amazon support, my wife got hers after the 48 hrs

Speaking of the Amazon thing...I preordered the Stormblood expansion from Amazon and got my DLC codes ok and all but I just got an e-mail from Amazon saying the expansion will be shipped around June 27.

So this means no early access for me? Sad face.

They should send you a early access code, which will allow you to download the game prior to receiving the game. Which is good for EA and like the first week of release, after that will have to enter in the code from the package they send you in the mail.
