is it possible for this system to use ever reset or have skills points aviable use to each different jobs

Uhm... you can already reset your skill points.

You can also assign configurations of them to presets for the different jobs. It's all in the menu where you put the points in.

I don't think there was an issue, I think they just didn't know.

But yes, you can assign and reset points freely, and save them into 5 different presets. You can no even switch between them as long as a match hasn't started. So say you go in as a healer, but then switch to MNK, you can load up your MNK PvP skills preset and be ready.
