    Same thing happened with two of my alt classes
    To be honest I just passed everything. My 130 ironworks was better than that 136 junk anyway.

    Plus the fact that you level so fast it wally doesn't matter if you don't get that piece because you'll outgrow it in an hour

    This won't do much though if it only applies to dungeons because not me any people run the dungeons for the gear anyway.

    Personal loot chests in an expert roulette for example would be lol. Many people leave the instances without opening a single chest as it is.

    Either way would work really well.

    Still looks like its gonna be rng elements for all the bosses minus the last one (though if thats the case defo remove job loot from the pool of items if the job is not present). The last boss tends to more often than not be the weapon, chest or legs which are really the primary pieces so that'd be nice.

    i wonder how that will be implemented. if you're in a 24 man raid and your party has 1 tank 2 healers and 5 red mages... is the loot pool going to be 12.5% chance of a tank drop.25% chance of a healer drop and 62.5% chance of a caster drop with a 0% of scouting striking aiming or maiming.... which could end up being pretty disasterous if all those casters are passing all the (head hands legs feet) drops cos they want the body.... (think we've all been in that 24 man raid where all your parties dps are the same type of class. (4smns and a blm, or 3mch and 2 brds))

    or would it be 33% tank 33% healer 33% caster drops... which would arguably favor tanks when there's only one in a party....

    or if you had 8 different jobs you might end up with 12.5% fending, 12.5% casting, 12.5% aiming, 12.5% scouting, 12.5% maiming, 12.5% stirking and a 25% chance at healing gear.. which would then bias the loot pool in favor of the healers..

    weighted loot systems are kinda dangerous because it's notoriously difficult to make them fair

    What caught my eye is the part about players getting their personal loot from the last boss. I'm banking heavily that this means everyone in the instance will get a randomized piece of a gear set (not found anywhere else except for said instance) for the job they went into.
