Very very cool. I would hope blm it is a new Lightning spell but does not appear to look like.
Bard gets a multi target ability or something?
Ninja, lol what the hell

The Paladin skill used was definitely casted. You can watch as it uses the same casting animation as Clemency. Considering its effect and its position its clearly some kind of AoE damage skill, but yet possibly viable on single target. Looks very similar to what would happen if PLD obtained Holy. More likely is that Paladin got their own version of Holiest of Holy somewhere between 60 and 70. The question remains how viable it would be in an AoE situation where they risk being interrupted though. Hopefully the team thought this through.
Not sure about the single target viability thing just because of the hilariousness of the Warrior using overpower on a single target XD (Didn't seem like SE was thinking of showing off the most effective use of abilities, but rather just showing them off in general). Not that it can't be though, would be a smart way to keep Paladin's kit straight forward but bring up a core principle in all jobs (damage, if your damage sucks you will be overlooked for another job the moment content is no longer so challenging you need cheese defense - all jobs must be able to bring competitive damage /or/ be able to help so much in a way that they allow others to bring it (but it always ends up being "got deeps?")).The Paladin skill used was definitely casted. Imo the spells should be uninterruptible, minus a flat out stun mechanic of course. Perhaps you could bake that into the oaths (shield oath = uninterruptible spells, perhaps sword oath is cheaper/faster spells or something like for 5 seconds after casting a spell you gain X tp back).

MCH with flamethrower, I'm looking forward to see more machines or gadgets in the MCH skillset.
The gloomy violet spell for BLM could perfectly be Dark, dealing unaspected damage. If they also added Quake, that'd ice the cake. And a finishing spell like Death/doomwould be the cherry on top of the fantasy class.Though not an insta-kill ability, but a high-damage abiity only usable on enemies below 20%. Or a high damage tick that triggers after a countdown ends, like the current DoomAnd as a hidden desire, changing the current CC spell to be Toad would make it a bit more iconic rather than having both BLM and WHM with Sleep spells
Also, I love that we SCH get some love pet management that can go further than just killing it. Also, I'm hoping WHM new skill could be the buff-type spell many asked for.
At last, Eureka doesn't look as I imagined but it doesn't look bad though.
Could also be a new -flare skill.
When Ninja summons better looking creatures than the actual Summoner job.
Forever and eternally BTFO.
so who else noticed the Ananta fighting alongside the adventurers against the Garlean troops in the first half?
