Are we ignoring the fact that Yojimbo and Daigoro were revealed in that new primal fight? O:

I really like his visuals, pretty happy they kept him the way I remember him from FFX. Understand if they don't but it would be cool to get a /heavily/ Yojimbo inspired gear set for Samurai (those sweet colors ). I imagine people will be asking the sidekick as a mount at some point too lol.

I'm more curious if there are any obvious graphical quality improvements to HW.

No new graphical options in the menus but I noticed they tinkered the lighting. Seems more vibrant and more contrast.
The benchmark also is quite heavy in comparison with the HW one.
More NPCs and more things going on in the scenes so it's more CPU heavy this time.
Overall the game became heavier. People who were struggling to run HW with old PCs will have more issues now.

It's a good thing primals don't carry around gil. Enough money and Yojimbo will wipe the entire party.

When I go to download it I'm only getting the heavensward benchmark. Am I missing it somewhere or is it not out for everyone yet. I'm in NA and yes I have clicked on the link for the stormblood benchmark but it only give me the heavensward one to download.

Hmm. Maybe they changed the effect of casting Ruin III while in Dreadwyrm Trance to reflect that it's more powerful or something.

SMN looks like it has a mini mega-flare move. Or another Ruin? The Glyph that briefly shows looks like butterfly wings ... or lahabrea's mask

NIN summons a frog to do a Fire attack

AST has 2 new cards

BLM got a large purple flare-like move. Will this be a new Thunder spell?

SCH's Faerie will tether (cover?) a selected party member

WHM has a aoe move that affects self and all party members. Not sure if a buff or another healing spell

as for the fairy tether. the WHM in halatali HM has a tether regen maybe that's the same thing for the fairy since the tether feels like it is channelling a heal to the DRK
