I'm more curious if there are any obvious graphical quality improvements to HW.

No new graphical options in the menus but I noticed they tinkered the lighting. Seems more vibrant and more contrast.
The benchmark also is quite heavy in comparison with the HW one.
More NPCs and more things going on in the scenes so it's more CPU heavy this time.
Overall the game became heavier. People who were struggling to run HW with old PCs will have more issues now.

I really like his visuals, pretty happy they kept him the way I remember him from FFX. Understand if they don't but it would be cool to get a /heavily/ Yojimbo inspired gear set for Samurai (those sweet colors ). I imagine people will be asking the sidekick as a mount at some point too lol.

It's a good thing primals don't carry around gil. Enough money and Yojimbo will wipe the entire party.

Idd the nidhogg fight was much different in the HW bench

When I go to download it I'm only getting the heavensward benchmark. Am I missing it somewhere or is it not out for everyone yet. I'm in NA and yes I have clicked on the link for the stormblood benchmark but it only give me the heavensward one to download.

Summoner AF3 it looks like. I'm going to reserve my judgment for when I see it in-game, but first impression is kind of disappointing.


Is this the next tier of Ruin? Looks almost identical to Ruin III except now the book leaves our hands and floats.

Hmm. Maybe they changed the effect of casting Ruin III while in Dreadwyrm Trance to reflect that it's more powerful or something.
