Update your auto-responses already :P
It really does not help your cause at all.
These auto-responses already convey a "don't give a crap" attitude! Why make it worse if you cannot be assed to at least keep the requested information relavent.

Precisely.
None of that info would be helpful.
But it was a Protect III!
It's protocol that they collect this information for every bug. How, exactly, do you know that NONE of that info would be helpful? Why even bother posting a bug if you can't be bothered to take 30 seconds to fill out such a simple form? Have you personally tested this bug enough to know that EVERY snurble causes it? Doubtful, which is why they ask you for your coordinates. There are an uncountable amount of circumstances that can cause a bug. The more info you give them, the more likely it is they'll fix it. For all you know, this bug might only occur as a certain race, on a certain crafting class, at a certain in game time. And if you want to troll, at least take it to general. You'll be among friends there.Precisely.
None of that info would be helpful.

You may want to check your tampon, bud. Fine, to appease you...
Platform: Win 7.
ISP: Comcast.
Type of Internet Connection: A lousy one.
Internet Connection Speed: 10mbs?
Date & Time: 12/6, some time.
Frequency: One time. I didn't feel like losing another synth.
Character Name: Neasa Vera.
Race: Miqo'te.
World: Trabia.
Class/Skill Rank: Weaver L50.
Area and Coordinates: Near Bloodshore, furble camp.
In-Game Time: Unknown.
Greetings again, Neasa!
Thank you for providing the information that I had previously requested. I understand how annoying it can be to have to try to fill out forms to report these matters, but since numerous factors can come into play when something seems to have gone wrong, we are required to ask for as many details as possible to try to replicate a possible problem, as CSLionheart pointed out. (Thanks, CSLionheart!) The most efficient way to make sure that we have sufficient information for these investigations is to provide the form, which is why there is a Sticky Note provided at the top of the "In-Game Bugs" forum. Not only does it save us a lot of time to try to gather the information that we need in order to try to replicate these matters, it saves players time, as well. The sooner we are able to submit the report to the development team, the sooner they are able to investigate the matter.
That being said, I have made sure to submit all of the information that you have provided me to the aforementioned development team, and they will make sure to thoroughly investigate this matter, based on your report. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee that a direct response will be posted on your thread, but I do recommend checking here or here for any details regarding the development team's investigation. Thanks again for your report!
