    What browser are you using? There were some issues with people's emails being code-less if they used Firefox or Chrome, but the email would work if you used IE. Are you using an adblock? They were supposed to have fixed that bug but maybe they created a new one in the process.

    This was the problem I was having. I contacted Amazon and they told me to change my browser. I went from Chrome to IE and it worked perfectly.
