I doubt Dalamud was massive enough to have any kind of noticeable effect on the tides. It was a mighty small celestial body, likely no larger than a moderately-sized town. Remember that Bahamut took up most of its interior, and he was small enough that his hand was only the size of a battle arena.

And that's assuming that the tides are even CAUSED by gravity in this fantasy universe!
