    Um... they said "optional extras". Optional, if you go to your mog station... is 100% cosmetics. Retainers fall under "Additional services". A category which also has... character renaming and server transfer.

    Do I need to provide pictures?

    You do know the entire webpage with all purchaseable things is called mogstation right? That includes name changes and retainers

    Even there you are wrong. First off, it's "optional items", second, the eastern lady garb gives bonus XP as set bonus.
