Change "animation locks" (makes the game too slow)

Why not tell devs of FFXIV to make every cast/attack animation skippable that every skill hits instantly without need wait 1-3 seconds to skill hit the enemy?

Well, when I first made this thread, I was not even sure what to call it, so I was not sure what the fix was. I did not think waiting for the monster to fully vanish is why I did not get chains when I killed something with 2 seconds left on the chain counter.

Bene can be used in Cleric's Stance, is unaffected by "Healing Potency Down" buffs, ignores how much HP the player has and it can still be used while moving/dodging mechanics or while silenced.
