There's a couple ways of doing this.

Assuming you're on a PC running Windows, you hit the Windows Key+R, then type resmon and press enter. The last tab, Network, will show you your current latency with the game (it needs to be on and running) in the TCP Connections section. You can also run the CMD window and use something like arrstatus.com to get the IP address of your server and ping that.

For example, while my speedtest shows that I have 16ms latency (to a nearby server), my average latency on Faerie in the Aether Datacenter, when using the second option described above, is around 25ms. If I were to connect to any of the Chaos Datacenter servers? Around 104ms. And, if for some reason, I wanted to play on the Gaia Datacenter? A much larger 185ms average.

(doono how make it bigger on direct link, but it keeps in the 50's and I see lag in the game.)

Its Se server end, game is laggy as hell, it is unplayable in a sense it prevents me from maximizing my DPS. I am being picky but I do not care, a game should not feel laggy at a ms in the 50's , it is from how slow the servers are at processing and "animation locks"

Also for the comment about it being gaming device from upgrading to ps4 from Ps3:
