Housing in Idyllshire

I know this has been requested before, but I would love a (eventual) housing area in or very near to Idyllshire. Everything about this screenshot from the The Snail in Idyllshire is perfect from the view to the architectural style to the foliage, etc. I don't have a screenshot at sunset to post... but it's absolutely breathtaking to see. I want to be able to own property here so much.

I thought maybe the hold out on Ishgarde housing was that they might be throwing a curve ball and actually setting up the new housing district in Idyllshire. It would have made sense with all the new construction, how inviting the goblins there are and all the help we've given them.
