My problems happen at three different parts of the game for the PlayStation 4.
The First Problem: This happens when I use the application of Final Fantasy 14 on the PlayStation 4 and when it opens up, everything seemingly works fine but my cursor either doesn't want to move at all and none of the buttons don't operate at all, OR, when the cursor does move and I click on the Password section it works in the reverse order. Say that my password is password, when I input it, it comes out as drowssap, in reverse, and I do not know why. The only workaround for this issue is if I hold down onto the R1 button to keep it from going backwards.
The Second Problem: The Login Menu, and I am not talking about when you first startup the application, no I am talking about the main menu where it says Login, Cinematic, Configuration and Exit, and whatever else is there, nothing works with the exception of the Virtual Mouse Mode but that opens up with the simple press of R3 instead of L1+R3 like it is supposed to, and that mode is the only thing that works in the Main Login Menu, even when I am at the Character Selection Screen to select my characters I can only use the L2 and the R2 buttons to click on the accept or exit buttons.
Then there is Third and Final Problem: The Actual Game Problems, this tends to happen either when the game first starts or a few minutes into the game itself. Everything works fine for a few minutes and as soon as an indeterminate amount of time passes, it suddenly decides to screw itself over and do what it does best and not work. When this happens I can still move around but when I move the Right Analog Stick, it can turn left and right but when I move it up and down, it instead zooms in and out. Then when I click on the Right Analog Stick, it enters Visual Mouse Mode instead of doing the L1+R3 combo as it says. And then there is the Mouse Pad on the Dualshock 4 controller, when I click on the button it turns off the UI on the screen and clicking on it again brings it back.
I have utterly no idea what is wrong with it, and I have tried several methods to get it fixed.
I have tried to resync it, I tried several resets with the button on the back of it, I tried to take it apart and delicately clean it up, I even tried to fix it via USB cord with it but in the end none of it works.
