    Can we please get this minion at a 100% Drop rate like the previous one now? They changed the drop rate of the Wind-up Echidna to 100% many patches ago. Most were hoping to see the Weeping City minion at 100% drop rate for patch 3.5. Please and Thank you <3

    Why though? It's meant to be rare until probably they remove rarity next expansion.
