    Launcher "stops working" when opened

    Hello! After recently updating my computer to the Windows 10 creators update, every time I try to open the launcher, it says "FFXIV has stopped working" and it does not give me any choice on what to do except to close the program. I have been trying to fix it for hours, and I cannot find any similar issues to mine. If anyone has any ideas or knows what to do, all the help I could get would be appreciated. Thanks!

    Delete windows 10 lol.

    Ok jokes aside, make sure that your driver is up to date and run your antivirus. Run a disk cleaner and clear your temporary files. If the problem persist, try reinstalling the game.
