I can kind of see what you're saying here but I think your example needs to be clarified. I assume what you're suggesting that someone might queue as a healer and DPS for a duty like an extreme primal, and be placed in a waiting party as a healer, but if another party suddenly opened up, i.e. if a DPS was vote-kicked from an in-progress party, the healer who also queued as DPS might be ripped from the waiting queue and bumped into the in-progress party.

However, this isn't really an issue? It happens in the game already. Any time you check "in-progress" you can cause this. You could be a lone tank sitting in a DF queue for an hour for an extreme primal, just waiting on one other tank to join your queue... but you checked in-progress and whoa, after an hour of waiting, suddenly a tank position has opened in an in-progress party for that primal! You'll be sucked out of your existing queue, leaving behind the six other people who desperately needed you. That kind of rematching already occurs every single day in the game and no one has complained? Just a fact of DF life that people can suddenly be sorted out of your queue (or just straight up leave), even after hours waiting.

As for queueing normally, when in-progress is not checked, I don't see how queuing as more than one job could cause an issue? You're not like... sitting in five queues at once and the DF closes its eyes and picks randomly where you go. There's a priority sorting system that wouldn't change, regardless of how many jobs you were queued as. The party that's been waiting the longest will always get you, whether they were waiting for a tank, a healer, or a DPS. (Yes, it's more complicated than this, i.e., if another party passes a similar time threshold, you can be moved from one queue to another--but that, again, already happens in game. It wouldn't be some magical new issue.)
