for all we know you just have to have them all equipped at the same time

I wouldnt mind just "having" it, since i do for the most pieces. But it looks to easy for me tho and since english LS says "obtain" and german LS says "Erhalte", which also means "obtaining", i would guess you have to get it from the NPC, otherwise it would/should say "Have it equipped", no? We will know for sure in like a week.

But beside that i really hope some Categories will be carried over as a whole. I.E. Enemies killed, Character, Dungeons, Missions. Of course SE could add on top of the existing ones another Step.. lets say 200.000 Enemies killed, or 5000 local leves done etc. Some of those are really Timeconsuming like a guy above said allready. Im close to get 100.000 killed Mobs and i have all Battle-Classes at 50 since a while and burning Stronghold here and there, which scares me if i have to redo that one and if it would take another Year.

On a Sitenote..

We will get with 1.20 a lot more Gear and also have collect even more for Achievements. SE is going to lower the Inventory back to 100 in v2.0, so we have an obvious Problem with Inventoryspace. If you get all Primal Weapons + Achievement-Tools/Gear + Regular Gear + AF-Gear ( which also is coming soon ) you wont have much Room left. So someone should make a Thread about either Mannequins for Housings and/or Storage NPC's which will store Sets of Gear.

True but all it says is Obtain. It doesn't say Obtain from _____. One way someone can obtain that armor is buying it off the wards. It's vague wording though, so it's hard to tell if there is a hidden qualifier in there.
