How far ahead can you pay for time on your account? Is there a cap (like 12 months?).

for entry type subscription (1 character per world) its limited to 30 days.

for standard type subscription you can have it go up to a max of 180 days. The standard sub options are 30/90/180.

If you head to the 'change subscription' page through mog station there is a button at the bottom called 'review the subscription fee structure' that will pull up a picture of prices, max characters per world, and days between cycles.

For subscriptions, its 180 days. If you mean by adding game time cards, then ive never heard of a limit but ive also never looked for one.
