With a official damage meter, for instance, everyone would see the issue and I could grab that player on the scruff and give them a choice, or face the boot.

If you can tell someone is just spamming Ruin II you can talk to them or remove them right? I mean, if you're able to notice that without a parser then you don't need one. That's the thing. lol

Plus this kind of situation is so rare honestly that I don't see the benefit. :/
