There are several glamour sets you might end up with, along with tier 4 and 5 materia. The real prizes come in the deepest floors though. On my server the pegasus mount sells for 40 mil or so, which would be enough cash to upgrade more then a few pieces of gear to the ilvl 250/255 crafted sets. And if you decide to go in at level 60 then it does get you the current tomes(poetics lore and scripture), so you could get some upgrades out of Idyllshire too. If you wanted.
