Yep, along with the cait sith doll. They brought back that promotion for pre-orders for the ps4 version. I thought it came with the CE upgrade for the PC version at the time as well (my fault for not reading details) and jumped at the upgrade only to find it was only for the pre-order and I once again missed out. Now the cap is back, but slightly different. Half tempted to buy it, but I'm an altoholic and it not being account wide makes it much easier to pass up.
