    Maybe, but remember. It was clearly stated that some things are made ONLY for the cash shop. and wouldn't be created otherwise.

    I mean, if they were ever going to invest resources in an Eastern dance, you would think it would be for the expansion where we go to the continent with that culture. >_> We used to get cultural dances as quest rewards...

    Something to keep it in, these emotes were made exclusively for the Chinese/Korean versions and were ported over due to demand. They had to pay for them, hence why we do.
