So, as I understand it, you simply insist that the content and undersized party system are meant to work a certain way, PURELY based on your personal views and self-imposed restrictions. Right?

Well, it's wrong, and everyone's been pointing that out repeatedly. Your views of it and your approach to it are just that - yours. Unsync does NOT mean faceroll, especially if you don't know what you're doing. Insistence on running it synced to learn or otherwise just having it be no challenge whatsoever if unsynced is nothing more than your personal opinion, and SE, players, and the system itself will in no way facilitate that. Not now, or ever.

So no, you don't get what you want here. This was never about what you want and it never will be. Accept that, or don't. It will change nothing. If you want to learn something, if you want to clear something, you need to know what to do and how to do it, synced or not. Period.
