I just saw this and thought it'd be a cool third option as a change pose to machinist idle animations with weapon out, I felt females was a bit lacking personally as well my fair statement.

All weapon stance should be genderless and just make it like the standing stance. Being able to switch between them with your weapon out. I think that was the most ridiculous lock to something.

I envy the female DRK standing pose a lot. Likewise, I know a lot of players with female characters covet the male version. Agree that it would be nice to unlock them so we can all express our characters' personalities the way we want to most.

Unless it's also different across races, that's actually a little different from the normal male /cpose stance, which has the gun pointing straight up in the air instead of resting on the shoulder.

Yeah I was gonna say the same thing. The pose the OP posted is NPC locked, not gender/race locked... UNLESS, it's like the Roe WAR and DRG stances, then it would be Gender and Race locked to Male Elezen or Male Hyur, I forget what Race He's supposed to be, lol.
