I have some similar issues as a result of chronic pain and it's much easier for me to use a controller than a keyboard. I'm not sure which kind would work best for you though. I have tiny girl hands and a standard xbox one works great for me. A standard PS4 controller is wider.

I have hand spasms due to demyelination in my neck & found that a combination of keyboard (for chat), controller (for moving/actions on 'easy' jobs) & mouse (for clicking on crossbar & hotbar buttons) serves me quite well. It sounds like a hot mess & most people would view it negatively but it works for me.

My own mouse is similar to this and I have no regrets.

And... that's my thunder stolen. Would have suggested the very same thing myself. I have a 2012 version of the Razer Naga Epic combined with this.



This could make for a very useful setup especially when combined with Razer Synapse's ability to customise all keys (except for the left click button on the mouse)

While I don't use one personally, a gamer mouse seems to be just what the OP needs. Anyways, I hope he saw my answer about customizing the action bars into rows and blocks. It seemed important for him to know.
