System does for crafting no recognize my Heavenward purchase

My account shows clearly that I purchased Heavensward some time ago

However, now I reached level 50 with my weaver and it tells me that I will get a new quest from 'redolent Rose' i..e. the boss there once I have purchased Heavensward.

It does not give me any more quests, i.e. tells me to get Heavensward

I worked two days to get to 50 Weaver because with my char being 52 I want some new clothes or something over 5o. so now I am stuck.

Have you finished the ARR main scenario, and entered Ishgard? The quest "Before the Dawn" (last quest of the ARR MSQ) is a prerequisite for the post-50 crafting quests.

Everybody knows that you need to finish the main story of ARR before you can enter heavensward content. That includes the crafters, since your npc will send you to ishgard and your crafting quests will continue from there. Take your thm and turn it into an blm, finish the story line patch 2.0-2.55 and after you entered ishgard you can continue to level your crafters.
