Aether still doesn't let B pull in Alliance raids making runs go smoothly like in JP servers.
C'mon guys the layout is even spelt out for you, B in the middle A and C to sides to take care of enemies and mechanics, why you gotta make things complicated?
My server says Aegis but I have an Alt on Gilga to play with a buddy.
When, in a 24 man, no one wants to tank. So I queue as tank and when the other 2 are just standing there, I just go ahead and MT. But then, all of a sudden, they want to tank and provoke off me. SO next boss, I let them go ahead. But, NOPE, they don't wanna. So I go ahead. Repeat forever in every run forever.
PAUSE. I'm sorry but DRKs are masochists and need that sweet sweet MP. I'm no wolrd class DRK, but dodging is literally the oppsite of what I want to do, especially for huge pulls. I like spamming DA + Abyssal Drain instead.

This is something you do AFTER the initial agro burst. If you do it right you still have 55-60% after everything. My tank friend does this on small pulls to because he's so used to the rotation. You think it doesn't help much because of rng, but add that then stunlocking from holy basically makes you almost as invincible as the hallowed + holy spam combo for 17 seconds of 0 damage being done to the tank.

Dark Arts + Dark Passenger is still an utter waste of MP. It's the near equivalent of Warriors cross classing Featherfoot (don't do that). Not only is 20% barely noticeable, mobs barely tickle even when close to the level requirements if you rotate actual cooldowns. If you have a WHM, either pop Blood Price early, which lets them Regen/heal and get out an Aero III or wait until the third or so Holy hits as stun immunity should set it.This is something you do AFTER the initial agro burst. You know Dark Arts also increases the potency of Dark Passenger, right?Dark Arts + Dark Passenger is still an utter waste of MP. Edit: looked up potencies, DA+DP is 250 potency, more than double Abyssal Drain (which is 120 with or without DA)
Definitely worth the MP on packs just for the damage, especially as blood price is ending

On its own it is, but when you stack it with the evasion bonus from dark arts + dark dance you take that 20% and make it 40-50%. Don't believe me? Then you haven't played drk long enough or healed one for long enough to know the true worth of the combo.Dark Arts + Dark Passenger is still an utter waste of MP. If you time it right, the mp cost is negligible. Dark Arts lasts for what, 10 seconds or so? Assuming you have a big pack of mobs on you (5+) pop a dark arts at 8 seconds left on blood price, and then us DP at 3 seconds left on BP. Once BP is down, all you need then is DA+DD. By this point you can have those going and still have around 75% mp left. If not, you have Carve and Spit and sole survivor to help. This combo is arguably one of DRKs best mitigation tools. You just have to execute it properly.Dark Arts + Dark Passenger is still an utter waste of MP. It's the near equivalent of Warriors cross classing Featherfoot (don't do that). Lazy players. Essentially the kind that queue up into duty and act like it's a major inconvenience to press buttons on their hot bars. Like, you CHOSE to be here!
I don't care if it's a Lv 10 guildheist or Savage content, if I signed up to do a duty, then I'm going to give it my all.

Was going to make a post like this after I got back to check the recent posts in here, but you beat me to it. Yes, the MP cost of using Dark Arts + Dark Passenger can be negated (mostly or completely depending on timing) by activating Dark Arts, and then NOT using Dark Passenger right away by letting the enemies get a couple more hits in on you while you line them up for Dark Passenger. (If they don't get blinded, you aren't going to get that 40-50% dodge rate when you activate DA + DD)If you time it right, the mp cost is negligible. Dark Arts lasts for what, 10 seconds or so? Nothing says you can't get good mileage out of both Blood Price and the Dark Arts combo, or as I like to call it... "Matrix Mode". It's all in the timing.
Perhaps next time I get into a run with my FC friend when he's on his WHM and I'm the DRK tank, I should make a stream recording of the dungeon run. Seeing the word "Dodge" appear 10 times in a row (with a bit of luck of course) is a thing of beauty.
