Words of wisdom! In another 'vent' thread here there was someone who posted how a tank was flaming them for using Cleric Stance and DPSing in a roulette.. There is all sorts of people out there, but the teamplayers seem to be a minority...There is only one role: Teamplayer.
And said role is defined by using the tools one is given to the best benefit of the group.
.... It really grinds "my" gears that people to this day haven't understood that part. It's so fundamental in multiplayer gaming since online gaming became a thing and prevalent in pretty much every one of them that it should be common knowledge by now. It's based on a principle of social consideration - the same thing that asks you to not fart in a crowded elevator if you can help it.

People playing like shit in 24man, not doing mechanics and vote dismissing the person that calls them out on it (after the inevitable wipe)
(Disclaimer: I don't res people failing easy mechanics/taking avoidable damage in 24 man and even warn people about that.)
Summoners who use Virus when it's irrelevant and give the boss immunity for no reason. The road to hell is paved with good intentions
Also, Astrologians who overwrite their co-AST's expanded card buffs.

^^^^^^
Especially if they overwrite an Expanded Balance with something stupid like Expanded Spire. Is it that difficult to look at your buffs bar (or the freaking party list) and see that there's already a buff up. >.>

Players in 24 man raids who will run with the raid to the next boss BUT THEN stands OUTSIDE the room with a "brb" and then pretend to get butthurt when they get locked out. Youre not fooling anyone. You never intended to participate in that fight, did you. Hoping someone would pull and lock you out so you can send out a "no ready check?" and pretend you had every intention to fight. Leeches.

People that drag the loot rolls at the last boss hoping others will leave.

Black mage that don't know their rotation.
Oh boy.
Undergeared PLD or DRK who insist on MTing because I'm a WAR, and then lose aggro to a healer or DPS
Healers who would rather do nothing than DPS (except for very new healers)
DPS who refuse to AoE when appropriate, or who AoE on single targets (STOP USING DOTON ON ONE ENEMY NINJAS)
People who start "farm" parties looking to be carried
The worst players in a party winning the best loot (bonus points if they were AFK the entire time or knocked off ASAP)
NIN who overwrite Storm's Eye with Dancing Edge when there is no need to (AKA, applying it from flank or rear)

Being in a party with another Ninja. I'm sorry but I hate having to coordinate who is going to use TA first. I usually tell whoever it is to do theirs first and then I put mine up right when theirs falls off. But then I have to trust that these people actually know their openers. Spoiler alert, they usually don't. I just need to start taking the first shot on that because normally it takes them forever to get their TA up when it shouldn't take more than a few seconds.
