yep usually way too many patches you will have that. I would un-delete if possible on PC. If on PSN network , hopefully ps4, you may get that now and then. PS3 you might have an issue.

ran the launcher as admin and it seemed to get me past the patch errors.
Nice good old Admin
almost forgot about doing it, haven't had to in awhile lol.
failed about 75% of the way thru, I'm now using a vpn to get the rest.
This is just based on my experience, but I've noticed that I get the 90002 error if something happens on my end that interrupts my connection to server (e.g., power goes out, and therefore my internet connection is interrupted, so I dc), so I wonder if it's related to connection to your network. Even hardwired it's possible to still have issues--when I played on PS4, sometimes it would think I wasn't connected (gives me that LAN connection pop-up error), and I would always get 90002. And just this morning, I was running Dun Scaith when my power went out, and I 90002'd.
You may need to talk to your ISP, tell them about the issue, and see if they can do anything about it. Because I don't think it's related to your system (unless, for some reason, your Ethernet port or cable is malfunctioning).
As for the 90001 error, I have no idea what it could be. I've only ever gotten 90002 or 90006 errors.

reinstalled, didn't work. Tried ping zapper, didn't work. Started using Mudfish, no disconnects at all.
Uninstall the game again, go in your directories to ensure that the files are completely removed (Program files and AppData). After that run your antivirus scan to cleanse any possible malware. Finally, go in the registry and erase the key that is linked to FF (Generally in the subgroup SOFTWARE, found Current_User, Users and Local_Machine). If your windows is a x64 version, you also need to check in the SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node key. Then proceed to deleting the files related to FF (Most likely in a Square Enix Folder). Also empty your Temp folder.
After all that is done, proceed to reinstalling, see if it does anything.
I did reinstall and clean registry, and all old files, virus scanned, pretty much everything. Once I started using mudfish no problems at all. I think it had to do with a tunnel or route the signal takes on the way here, I live outside Detroit our infrastructure is really bad.
