Can't summon my chocobo

I am not able to summon my chocobo. My quest log have the "my little chocobo" quest in it's complete page. I have tried using the button in the companion page and that won't work either.

If you are referring to using chocobo mounts, you first need to use the item given to you, I believe it was called "Chocobo Whistle", or something similar. Once that is done, you will be able to use mounts. If you refer to summoning your chocobo in battle, you need to use gysahl greens (buyable from various vendors in areas such as Bentbranch Meadows, the Gold Saucer chocobo square, etc) to summon it.

If you mean Summon as in Summon To Battle, I believe you have to finish the quest "My Feisty Little Chocobo" available in Camp Tranquil (South Shroud). It will unlock the ability to fight and level with it. Then after unlocking the ability, you have to buy Gysahl Greens to actually use that new "skill".
As for Summon as in Riding, use the Chocobo Whistle, like Mireille said.

I haven't got any whistle. and i don't remember how long ago i did the quest. and it won't let me take the "My Feisty Little Chocobo" quest.

If you did "My Little Chocobo" it should have given you a "Chocobo Whistle" that you could use to add the Chocobo to your Mount Guide. If it's not in there and you don't have the item, maybe you threw it away ? Anyhow the My Feisty Little Chocobo quest should be unlocked upon completing My Little Chocobo...
Are you sure you completed it? ;;
Other than that, maybe you could check the Calamity Salvager found in every city, when you really don't have it anymore...
